[ so, "cooking" was perhaps a bit of a stretch from Luca, but it can't really be said he was lying about providing a dinner of sorts. even if it probably is vending machine food, it's valid and it's not like yuri hasn't been eating from the magical machine that provides most of their food wishes during the week as well.
food is, ultimately, food, and at least they have that.
one thing that definitely disrupts the evening thus far is the sound of the door locking. yuri turns his head to stare at the door. ]
[While this dinner is mostly a pretense to give Luca an excuse to flirt with Yuri, he's not so horny on main that he is oblivious to the outside world. So when he hears a click of the lock, Luca stops mid-bite and stares at the door as well.
After a couple seconds, he swallows the bite in his mouth and speaks.]
Some sort of prank, maybe? Although there aren't many people who can lock individual doors, not here.
[ he digs in his pocket for a moment and waggles his phone at luca. at least this bizarre locking system narrows down the number of ways people could break in to your "home". ]
[ if luca is planning on making coffee, yuri's going one step further and is eating ice cream from the tub by the vending machine. you know those days were you just say "fuck it?"
it's one of those days.
but he does raise his spoon in greeting when he sees luca. ]

Is that any surprise after how fast all the knives went from the kitchen?
[ he's digging through a couple of the kits and boxes, and digs out a sutre kit, turning it over in his hands. ] Some of this is fairly self explanatory, but [ he points at the pods ] that is something else entirely.
[ i'm saying rec room just so he can spin around in one of those swivelling pod chairs with his rhinestone shades on and peer at luca over the top of them ]
Wrath is a paragon of good taste, and they're right.
[ possibly against his better judgement, yuri's going to be peeking his head into the tea room, like he's considering having a look around to see if there are any clues. even if he knows there probably won't be. ]
[Luca currently seems to be experimenting with a pot of tea. He has poured seven different cups of tea from it, and seems befuddled by all of them. It's just normal green tea in all of them though.]
[He is absolutely exhausted after that trial and doesn't want to think for the rest of the night. Which means he's grabbing Yuri as soon as they're out of the trial room.]

[ HELLO LUCA. his default is to immediately tense up when he's suddenly hugged from behind -- like a cornered, started cat that's been caught unaware. but he does relax when Luca starts whining about the unfairness of this whole situation. ]

[After reviving(?) and seeing everyone again, Luca is absolutely dragging Yuri along to go be away from the crowd. He doesn't particularly like crowds, so privacy works for him.

[ why the question mark AHHHHH. but yeah, after all the shouting and some of the revelations back there he's not exactly mad to be leaving and going elsewhere. he mostly just looks amused by luca's reactions to everything along the way though. ]
